The bent nails are a tribute to all the nails I find as I am turning. That’s part of the problem with using wood from the neighborhood trees. The ironic part is I can never seem to bend a nail when I want to. I have to fire up my forge to remove the temper so I can shape them. The nice thing is I also get a nice finish on the steel.
